KollusAgent is not installed

  • Error Message: "KollusAgent is not installed. Please click the download button to install."
  • Summary: Secured content playback blocked due to KollusAgent not being installed.

Symptoms​

When launching the video player, the above message is displayed and playback is blocked. KollusAgent is a required program for playing secured content.

Resolution​

  1. Click the [Download] button at the bottom of the notification message.
  2. Run the downloaded executable file to complete the installation of KollusAgent.
  3. Return to the playback page, refresh, and try playing the video again.
