By integrating Zoom video conferencing with Kollus Live, you can go beyond the limitations of small meetings and reliably broadcast to tens of thousands of viewers worldwide via a global CDN.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure the following two conditions are met.

Zoom account permissions

A Zoom paid account (Pro, Business, or Enterprise) is required. Free (Basic) accounts do not support external streaming.

Enable streaming feature

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an account owner or administrator.
  2. Navigate to [My Account] > [Settings] > [Meeting] tab.
  3. Under the [In Meeting (Advanced)] section, check [Allow live streaming of meetings] > [Custom live streaming service].

Zoom integration steps

The steps below are based on the Zoom Workplace desktop app. Before starting the integration, make sure your current account is on the Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan.

Step 1: Configure Zoom streaming settings
