By integrating Zoom video conferencing with Kollus Live, you can go beyond the limitations of small meetings and reliably broadcast to tens of thousands of viewers worldwide via a global CDN.

Prerequisites​

Before getting started, make sure the following two conditions are met.

Zoom account permissions​

A Zoom paid account (Pro, Business, or Enterprise) is required. Free (Basic) accounts do not support external streaming.

Enable streaming feature​

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an account owner or administrator.
  2. Navigate to [My Account] > [Settings] > [Meeting] tab.
  3. Under the [In Meeting (Advanced)] section, check [Allow live streaming of meetings] > [Custom live streaming service].

  3. Select [Go Live by Custom Live Streaming Service].

  • Check status: In Kollus Live console > [Channel] > [Channel list], verify that the 'On Air' tag is displayed on the relevant channel.
  • Monitor the screen: Click the channel name to go to the details page, where you can view the currently streaming Zoom screen in the player in real time.
  • Distribute the URL: Copy the [Video Gateway Link] and share it with viewers, or use the iframe code to embed it on your website for distribution.
