Block external display output is a security feature that restricts video transmission to TVs, projectors, external monitors, and similar devices. By using this feature, you can protect the commercial value of your content by fundamentally preventing multiple people from simultaneously watching on a large screen using a single course pass or account.

⚠️ Pre-check list

  • Content attributes: Activated only for encrypted content with Kollus DRM applied.
  • Player compatibility: Works only in the Kollus secure player environment. (See Also: Player types)
  • Operating system characteristics: In PC environments, wired cable output can be precisely controlled only on the Windows operating system.
