The Block external display output feature is a security setting that restricts video from being output to TVs, projectors, external monitors, and similar devices. By using this feature, you can protect the commercial value of your content by preventing multiple people from simultaneously watching it on a large screen using a single subscription or account.

⚠️ Prerequisites

  • Player compatibility: Only works in the Kollus secure player environment. (Learn More: Player types)
  • Operating system characteristics: For PC environments, precise control of wired cable output is only possible on the Windows operating system.

  2. In the channel list on the left side of the screen, click [More options] > [Block external display output] for the target channel.
