Library is the main page that appears when you access the Kollus VOD console. It is a digital archive where you can securely store all digital content such as videos and audio in the cloud and organize them systematically. You can manage content and categories from the [Library] menu.


Content upload

Click [Content upload] in the upper right corner to upload files.

Kollus VOD also supports upload methods using FTP and Kollus Uploader.


Content list

In the content list within the Library menu, you can check the status of individual content and filter management targets using the sort/search function.

TitleContent name. Properties set on the content such as AI services, subtitles, and VR are displayed below.
CategoryThe category the content is registered in (See Also: Category (content classification) settings)
ChannelThe channel the content is registered in. If registered in multiple channels, it is displayed as '+n'. (See Also: Channel (distribution unit) settings)
File sizeContent size. When the original file saving feature is used, the original size is displayed as well. (See Also: Original file management)
Registration dateThe time the content was first uploaded
Modified dateThe time the content was last modified

  • [Overview]: Views the detailed information of the content. (See Also: Content Details)
  • [Copy upload file key]: Copies the upload file key, which is the unique identifier of the content. Used for system integration and callback application.
  • [Channel]: Manages distribution channels or copies the Playback URL. (See Also: Content Details - Channel tab)
  • [Transcoding·Playback speed]: Manages transcoding files and generates AI Speed profiles. (See Also: Content Details - Transcoding·Playback speed tab)
  • [Subtitle]: Manages subtitle files and generates AI Subtitle. (See Also: Content Details - Subtitle tab)
  • [Poster]: Uploads a poster (representative image). (See Also: Content Details - Poster tab)
  • [VR]: Configures detailed settings for VR content playback. (See Also: Content Details - VR tab)
  • [Delete content]: Permanently deletes the content. If an original file is included, it is deleted together and cannot be recovered.

Create category

Click [Add (+)] at the top of the category list on the left to create a new category.

You can manage the following settings via the [More options (⋮)] button in the category list on the left.

Delete categoryDeletes the category. Included content is automatically moved to the parent category or the 'Default' category. (See Also: Deleting a category)
