Content upload

Click [Content upload] at the top right of the screen to upload files.

Upload methods exclusive to the Enterprise plan

If you are using the Enterprise plan, you can upload content using FTP and Kollus Uploader.

Content list

In the content list within the Library menu, you can check the status of individual content and filter the content to manage using the sort/search functions.

TitleThe name of the content. Attributes configured for the content, such as AI Services, subtitles, and VR, are displayed below.
CategoryThe category the content is registered to (See Also: Category (Content Classification) Settings)
ChannelThe channel(s) the content is registered to. If registered to multiple channels, it is displayed as '+n'. (See Also: Channel (Distribution Unit) Settings)
File SizeThe size of the content. If the original file storage feature is used, the original file size is also displayed. (See Also: Original File Management)
Registration DateThe time the content was first uploaded
Modification DateThe time the content was last modified

  • [Overview]: View detailed information about the content. (See Also: Content Details)
  • [Copy upload file key]: Copy the upload file key, which is the unique identifier of the content. It is used for system integration and callback configuration.
  • [Channel]: Manage distribution channels or copy playback URLs. (See Also: Content Details - Channel tab)
  • [Transcoding]: Manage transcoding files and create AI Speed profiles. (See Also: Content Details - Transcoding tab)

Create a category

Click [Add category (+)] at the top left of the screen to create a new category.

Category list

Manage the following settings using the [More options] button in the category list on the left side of the screen.

Copy category keyCopy the category key used for internal references such as statistics aggregation. (Not used for content authentication (JWT))

Delete categoryDelete the category. Any content included will automatically move to the parent category or the Default category. (See Also: Delete a category)
